Packaging Films & Pouches
Film and pouch lines run our extrusion- and film-grade resin into biodegradable wrap, laminates and flexible packaging.
Bio-based, compostable raw material for converters, moulders and film lines — delivered nationwide.
PLA — polylactic acid — is a bio-based thermoplastic made by fermenting plant sugars into lactic acid and polymerising it into long chains. It arrives as resin pellets: the same physical form, handling and storage as any conventional polymer.
It runs on existing injection moulding, extrusion, film and fibre equipment, across a range of grades defined by melt flow, D-isomer content and thermal behaviour.

A material partner from grade selection through to delivered supply — specification support, quality-checked consignments and pan-India logistics.
Four reasons specifiers move a line onto PLA — and what it means for your process.
The full material storyHow it's made, how it compares to conventional resin, and typical property ranges across commercial grades.
Polymerised from renewable plant sugars, not fossil naphtha.
Processes on conventional extrusion, moulding and thermoforming tooling.
Industrially compostable, supporting your own product claims.
A lighter footprint per tonne than equivalent fossil-based resin.
We supply the PLA resin; manufacturers and converters transform it into packaging, foodservice ware, filament, textiles, biomedical components and moulded goods. Grades are matched to the process and performance requirements of each application.

Film and pouch lines run our extrusion- and film-grade resin into biodegradable wrap, laminates and flexible packaging.

Thermoformers and injection moulders convert our resin into cups, plates, cutlery, straws and containers for hospitality supply chains.

Injection moulders and thermoformers use higher-melt grades for trays, tubs, lids and closures.

Blown-film converters produce compostable carry bags, produce bags and bin liners from our film grades.

Filament makers extrude and spool our 3D-printing grades into 1.75mm and 2.85mm PLA filament.

Fibre spinners and spun-bond lines draw our fibre grades into staple fibre, yarn and nonwoven web.
Grade selection, documentation and delivery matched to the demands of each segment.
